Tiny Forever Pendant by Anthony Lawson

Blue Windows in Belmont Shore carries a few pieces from Anthony Lawson's line of jewelry.  This is on my wish list for our 6th Wedding Anniversary coming up in just a few weeks.  I love it because it is our initials! :)  Made of Sterling Silver.

Renaissance Shelf from SimplicityDecor.com

This is SUCH a cute shelf!  I love the metal brackets on this.  The shelf is made of Mango Wood.  It was featured in Martha Stewart Living in Sept. 2009 and I have liked it ever since.  The price has gone up from $84 to $90 since then...I don't like that part. :)

Advent Calendar

I love this advent calendar from Potterybarn. Looks so great for kids!  I want to make my own. :) Hopefully for next year!

Wool Felt Mistletoe

Isn't this Mistletoe so cute?  It is made from wool felt by Roost.  My goal for Christmas 2011 is to make my own version. :)

Christmas Crafts 2010

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  We had a BUSY Christmas season this year, but VERY blessed also.  We saw lots of our family and friends, and spent lots of quality time together as a family.  I also had lots of fun crafting! :)  My poor husband, we live in a small place so I tend to take over our dining room whenever I decide to be creative.  He liked how everything turned out so it was worth it! :)

Peppermint Candy Wreath

Paper Snowflake Mobil made out of just a few things around the house: wire, yarn, white printer paper, newspaper, embroidery thread, and jingle bells.  It added a touch of holiday spirit to our little guy's room. :)

I saw a NOEL sign in the potterybarn kids catalog that I thought was so cute.  I could only find 3 pails so I decided to make a JOY sign instead. :)

When I was a wee little girl there was a Christmas craft fair at my school every year.  One of the moms that contributed crafts to the fair made these EVERY year.  My sister and I both loved them.  I thought I would make them this year, as well as in the years to come.

I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season!  May the Lord bless you in the New Year and renew you daily. God Bless!

Cookie Monster Birthday Bash

Every cupcake has an oreo on the bottom too! Yummm...
We had a cookie bar in addition to all of the oreo cupcakes.  We had homemade chocolate chip, homemade snickerdoodle, homemade ginger krinkles, homemade oatmeal raisin, oreos, and animal crackers.

My son loves this book so I bought another copy and had people sign it for him to have when he gets older.
My mother in law bought the Cookie Monster bib from etsy.com and my mom made the cute plaid chair cover.  Perfect!
It worked out great and was super easy and cheap to make!

Rain was in the forecast three days before the party, so we decided to move the party indoors.  It did end up raining that morning, but it was beautiful and sunny the rest of the day.  We only had about an hour to set-up, so I didn't get to have things exactly how I wanted them. I also didn't get any pictures of the favors while we were there.  I made cookie monster coloring books and bought crayons for the favors, as well as a jar of homemade blue playdough.  I had TONS of help from my parents and mother-in-law and my father-in-law BBQ'd the whole time which was also very helpful.  It was a very blessed day and so much fun seeing our friends and family that we love so much.  Thank you Lord, for an amazing day! :)
